Insurance

Whenever possible, insurance issues are investigated for you, to ensure your better understanding of your available benefits, prior to your procedure. By working hand in hand with you and your insurance company we will maximize your insurance coverage and ensure that you are given the proper benefits for each procedure. To accomplish this we will need you to give us your dental benefit information prior to your appointment. Please bring your insurance card and/or proof of insurance to your first appointment.
