Meet Our Staff

Tracy Madonia, C.D.A., R.D.A.
Practice Coordinator

Tracy has been in the dental field for over twenty years.  She holds both an RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) and a CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) accreditation.  She is trained and entitled by the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry to do expanded functions in the dental office.  Tracy is responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice as well as handling all patient issues involving scheduling, financial planning, and insurance administration.  She’s an active listener and excels at making patients feel comfortable and appreciated. 

Tracy continually improves her skills with continuing education courses and is a member of the American Dental Assistants Association.  She is required by the state to take a total of 22 continuing education credits biannually to maintain her CDA and RDA license.  

Tracy and her husband, Jerry, have three children who keep them very busy. You can usually find them on the sidelines at their children’s wrestling matches, softball games or karate practices.  In her “spare” time, Tracy is an active volunteer on a committee in her town, loves riding her Harley and playing with her 3 dogs.

Larisa Sigalova, D.A.
Dental Assistant

Larisa is originally from Odessa, Ukraine and came to this country in 1991.  She immediately enrolled in a dental assisting certification course and a dental radiography course.   She has a NJ State Dental Radiographic license.

All the procedures performed in our office are done "four-handed" with Larisa directly helping Dr. Hoffer.  This allows for state-of-the-art dentistry to be done as expeditiously as possible.  Larisa is always there for the patients, making them feel relaxed and comfortable.  Her warm and caring personality is a great asset to our office.   She is a dedicated and exceptional assistant.

Larisa speaks Russian, Ukrainian, and Polish fluently.  While not in the office, Larisa likes to spend time with her husband, daughter and son-in-law.  She also enjoys exercising with a brisk walk and reading.
